Available spaces include Bogan Hall, the Harold White Human Development Center, classrooms, athletic field facilities, and kitchen access, providing flexible options for your event needs.
Event Spaces & Rental Rates
Bogan Hall — $150/hour
Capacity: 520 guests (chairs only) or 250 guests (tables & chairs)
Ideal for banquets, receptions, celebrations, and large meetings
Harold White Human Development Center — $150/hour
Capacity: up to 2,000 guests
Suitable for large events, community gatherings, and meetings
Athletic Events (Harold White Center)
Competition events: $150/hour
Practice rentals: $100/hour
Kitchen Access — $150/hour
Available for food warming and cooler storage
Surface cooking not permitted
Classroom Rentals — $100/hour per room
Ideal for workshops, training sessions, or small meetings
BLEC Athletic Field Rentals
Games (no stadium lights): $150/hour
Games (with stadium lights): $200/hour
Dress rehearsals: $100/hour
Tournaments: custom pricing based on event length and size
Equipment Add-Ons
Microphone & audio services: $200 flat fee
Bogan Hall large screen: $200 flat fee
Alcohol Policy
Alcohol is permitted only in Bogan Hall or the Harold White Human Development Center and must comply with BLEC policies.
Requirements include:
Security is mandatory for all alcohol-related events
$75 per hour per security officer
Required officers:
Up to 100 guests — 1 officer
101–200 guests — 2 officers
201–300 guests — 3 officers
Additional guidelines:
Alcohol sales are not permitted
BYOB is not allowed
Required permits must be submitted at least one week before the event
Failure to follow these guidelines will result in the immediate termination of alcohol service.
Reservation Requirements
To secure your event reservation:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve space.
Reservations are confirmed once the deposit is received.
Full payment is due 15 days prior to the event.
Set-up and clean-up time must be included in your total rental hours.
Cleaning deposits (refundable if facility is left clean):
$250 – Bogan Hall, Kitchen, Classrooms
$350 – Harold White Center and Athletic Field
Facility Policies
To maintain a safe and welcoming environment, the following rules apply:
No smoking anywhere on BLEC grounds
No red-colored drinks permitted
No items may be attached to walls or ceilings
No amplified music outside the building
Cooking is prohibited in the kitchen
Renters are responsible for:
Cleaning the facility and restrooms
Removing all trash
Supervising guests and event activities
Any damages incurred during the event
Use of BLEC facilities is a privilege. BLEC reserves the right to approve or deny any rental request.
