Community Development Institute

Community Development Institute (CDI) provides a project management and grants administration to nonprofit organizations, churches, schools, colleges and universities and other entities. This includes planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure successful completion within budget and time constraints, while also managing resources, risks, and team performance.

Some examples of projects the CDI will undertake are historic preservation work to include managing construction projects and completing state marker and national register nominations; nonprofit, church or LLC start up requirements; grants administration to include financial and programmatic reporting; drafting of grants management policies and procedures; drafting of other organizational policies and procedures; and the completion or managing of other related projects will be considered upon request.

If we didn't have the food that the Brookland Baptist NE Community Food Pantry issued me and my friend, we would not eat. So, thank you!
