Brookland-Lakeview Empowerment Center receives National Park Service African American Civil Rights Grant
The Brookland-Lakeview Empowerment Center (BLEC) was awarded a $321,226 grant from the Department of Interior, National Park Service (NPS) funded through the Historic Preservation Fund.
