Farmers’ Market and Local Food Promotion

Join us in strengthening food security! We partner with local farmers to offer roadside produce stands and monthly farmers markets, providing communities with access to affordable, healthy, and organic foods. Our initiative extends beyond food distribution to include community garden implementations, comprehensive gardening education, and nutrition classes to promote sustainable eating practices. Additionally, we foster community engagement by offering work, intern, and volunteer opportunities, aligning with the USDA’s goal to ensure a nutritious and secure food supply for all Americans.
I just want to say thank you for the box of fresh food I received today. I had no idea it would be so good. It has everything you need for a good diet. The information on the Intervention Program is excellent and very valuable.
